The draft final Master Plan for the Ben Avery Shooting Facility is available for downloading and review by visiting the Arizona Game and Fish Department's Web site at http://www.azgfd.gov/outdoor_recreation/basf_masterplan.shtml.

Public comment on the plan can be submitted by e-mail to BASFMasterPlan@azgfd.gov.

The draft plan was developed over the past year with input from user groups and the public and will guide the future development of the Ben Avery Shooting Facility.

The plan will be presented to the Arizona Game and Fish Commission at the commission’s regularly scheduled meeting on Saturday, Dec. 8, in Casa Grande, Ariz., at the Holiday Inn Casa Grande, 777 N. Pinal Ave. The meeting starts at 8 a.m. The public is invited to attend.

The commission may vote to take action on, or provide the Arizona Game and Fish Department direction on, items covered in the Master Plan.
