The Arizona Game and Fish Department is monitoring available information about the avian influenza or bird flu, so that we’re always current on the issue. The department is also in contact with the Arizona Department of Health Services and other state and federal agencies to develop an understanding of the virus and to create plans, in the event the virus comes to Arizona.
