Crossbow License Application
 

Brief Description – A Crossbow Permit authorizes the holder to use a crossbow during an archery-only season to take wildlife which may be taken by a crossbow as designated by R12-4-304.

  • Application: Form 2738-A [pdf, 528kb]
  • Fee: None
  • Permit Does Not Expire
  • Additional Information: Permit must be in possession of the holder when hunting with a crossbow in an archery-only season
  • A Crossbow Permit application may be processed and the permit issued from the Phoenix Office or any Regional Office.
