Brief Description – To allow for site-specific release of pen-reared gamebirds for hunting or shooting by individuals. A fee may be charged. The shooting preserve must occur on private land and may not exceed 1000 acres.
Checklist
- Process: Complete application form and submit with all required information to appropriate Arizona Game and Fish Department Regional Office (Region action is to occur).
- Additional information: Applicants must be in compliance with and have met the criteria outlined in R12-4-414 , R12-4-428, and all other applicable statutes and rules prior to issuance of a Game Bird Shooting Preserve Permit.
