Brief Description – A guide license shall authorize an individual to assist another for pay with the taking of wildlife.

• Process: Complete application form, score 80% or more on appropriate guide license examination, present required identification, and if a renewal, submit previous years guide report.

• Fee: $300.00
• License expires annually on December 31.
• Additional Information: There are three different guide license exams. One for a fishing guide license, one for a hunting guide license and one for a combination fishing and hunting guide license. Study packets are available from any Regional Office. Contact the Phoenix Office or any Regional Office for testing dates.
