Meat Processing License Application
 

Brief Description – A meat processing stamp shall authorize an individual to process or store wildlife.

Checklist:

  • Process: Upon request the Department will issue a meat stamp and send a letter explaining the stamp and the required records associated with processing wildlife.
  • Application Form: N/A
  • Fee: None
  • Meat Processing Stamp does not expire.
  • Additional Information: The operator of a processing establishment shall keep a record, and exhibit upon request, of the names and addresses of persons who furnish wildlife for processing or storage, the date, amount, and species of such wildlife received.
  • Meat Stamps are issued by the Law Enforcement Branch in the Phoenix Office.
