Brief Description – Allows handling or collection of wildlife for non-recreational purposes such as for wildlife management, gathering information valuable to the maintenance of wild populations, advancement of science, promotion of the public health or welfare, or for education

Checklist:

  • New applications: Complete application, print, sign, and mail or fax; proposal form can be submitted by e-mail (preferred), mail, or fax
  • Renewals: Complete application, print, sign, and mail or fax; proposal and report forms can be submitted by e-mail (preferred), mail, or fax
  • Amendments: submit in writing by e-mail (preferred), mail, or fax any changes to be made
  • Application form needed:  Form 18-A [pdf, 839kb]
  • Proposal form needed: 18-B (provided at year end) please e-mail scpermits@azgfd.gov or call 623-236-7625 with questions.
  • Report form needed: 18-C
  • Fee: none
  • Permit valid: calendar year
  • Additional information needed: Detailed description of holding facilities if applicable (pursuant to R12-4-428)
