LOCATION/DIRECTION:
Formerly called Elk Tank, to get to Mingus Lake drive from Jerome or Prescott,
travel on SR 89A to Mingus Mountain. Turn south on FR 104 at Mingus
Mountain recreation area. Travel 1 mile past private land on left to
the lake on the right side of the road.
RAMP/ACCESS:
Dirt road from 89A, no ramp. Access to ramp on East side. May be muddy
when wet.
SPORTFISH SPECIES:
Rainbow Trout.
MANAGEMENT STRATEGY:
Intensive use. Stocked with rainbow trout catchables.
