Tipping a kayak over for fun? Who does that? We do! And so can you. Kayakers know it is just a matter of time before you flip your kayak. But what do you do after you wind up in the water? That is what this clinic is designed to answer.
Let’s take the fear and uncertainty out of capsizing a kayak by practicing how to recover from a flip. In this clinic, you will learn how to deal with a capsize, recover from a capsize and help someone else recover from a capsize. The Arizona Game and Fish Department will provide kayaks and life jackets.
