ACTIVITY 3: FOLLOWING THE FISH

 

The fish was first caught in February of 2005. Every month for over one year, scientists used equipment to locate the fish in the lake. Click on the links below to find the locations where the striped bass was found. For each location, be sure to fill out a Journal Page.

Print out a copy of the Lake Pleasant Map. Using different colors to represent water temperature (blue = very cold, purple = cold, orange = warm, and red = hot), mark each location on the map. Draw a line to connect the dots.
