Crayfish Eradication Teacher Workshop Registration

Join the Arizona Game and Fish Department as we explore the impact of invasive crayfish to Arizona's vital waterways.

In this FREE one-day workshop you will:

  • see the destruction that these non-native species can cause to an ecosystem.
  • assist with crayfish eradication efforts in a local waterway and learn ways to bring your students into the field to do the same.
  • receive educational lessons and activities to bring back to your classroom immediately.
  • Receive a certificate for 5.5 hours of continuing education.

Workshop is currently scheduled for Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 8:30am until 2:30pm. It will take place at the Ben Avery Shooting Facility in north Phoenix.

For more information about this workshop, contact Eric Proctor at 623-236-7243.
