Prescott National Forest Service officials are proposing fee increases at 29 recreation sites including 15 campgrounds, 16 day-use sites, and two OHV sites.  If implemented, this would be the first increase in more than a decade. The proposed fees would go into effect in 2009 and last for five years.

The public has an opportunity to register comments by June 30.  To find out more information, please visit the Forest Service website at http://www.fs.fed.us/r3/prescott/projects/rec-fee-proposal/index.shtml.
